Executive Chef

 

Bella Vita’s executive Chef, Dave Waide, brings to Bella Vita his commitment for providing only the very best dining experience for our guests. His attention to detail coupled with a genuine desire to provide some of the best tasting Italian cuisine in the Hill Country has won the admiration of people from all over the world. In addition to his Italian creations, his passion for delicious steaks and seafood is sure to create a memorable dining experience for a wide variety of palates. His original seasonings and sauces all come together to provide our guests with some of the finest tasting meals anywhere.

 

Prior to Bella Vita, Chef Dave was the executive chef as well as food and beverage manager at the River Crossing Club in Spring Branch, Texas. Prior to the River Crossing Club, he owned and operated a full service catering company in the Canyon Lake area where some of his recipes and cooking tips were published in a national magazine.
